Boeing was incorporated in Washington by William E. Boeing on 15th of July 1916, as “Pacific Aero Products Co.” and was re-named the “Boeing Airplane Company” on the 9th of May 1917. Today Boeing has become the Worlds largest manufacturer of airliners.

Boeing 737 made it's maiden flight on the 9th of April 1967 and continued in production for thirteen years with little change until the introduction of the 300 series aircraft. The Boeing 737-300 series is powered by twin CFM56-3 turbofan engines and was a major re-design of the original 1967 737 range combining modernised avionics and engines with better aerodynamics, it first entered service in 1980.

Information about Tarom

TAROM is the national airline of Romania, and was formed in 1920 although the name TAROM was not adopted until 1954 following the purchase of the Soviet owned part of the airline by the Romanian government. TAROM currently operates a medium sized mixed fleet of Airbus, Boeing and ATR airliners.
