PH-BXC KLM Boeing 737-8K2Information about the Boeing 737-8K2 Boeing was incorporated in Washington by William E. Boeing on 15th of July 1916, as “Pacific Aero Products Co.” and was re-named the “Boeing Airplane Company” on the 9th of May 1917. Today Boeing has become the Worlds largest manufacturer of airliners with only Airbus as significant or major competitor. The Boeing 737 airliner first flew on the 9th of April 1967 and continued in production for thirteen years with only relatively minor change until the introduction of re-worked design of the 300 series aircraft. The Boeing 737-800 series airliners are powered by twin CFM56-7 turbofan engines and the design is virtually a stretched Boeing 737-900 and first entered service in 1998. Information about KLM Royal Dutch Airlines KLM (Royal Dutch Airlines) operated it's first airliner during May 1920 and was the national airline of the Netherlands until it merged with Air France in May 2004 to become a subsidiary of the new airline Air France-KLM.
